A customer has a siemens vented dryer and the clean filter light comes on after she turns on the dryer and then after a minute the machine stops. its a WT36v398gb/08. Does anybody have any information about this appliance/problem before i make the long trip out to look at the appliance.thanks

Check NTC in front exhaust ducting.

Thanks Martin. i went out and cleaned outvthe vent hose but highly suspect ill be getting a phone call back about it. will check ntc next time. very little information/fault codes on these
