    Hello folks

    I have a bosch exxcel 7 varioperfect. This machine is just over 2 years old and I am now getting error codes. Had an engineer out today who charge me 50 pounds to tell me the pump was blocked by a 10p. I had already check the pump and it seemed to be emptying OK & unfortunately I could be there when engineer visited

    Tried the washing machine since engineer came out and it seems to be worse than before he look at it. It now refuses to spin and I am still getting e18 error code.

    Any help would be appreciated

    More coins in the pump? Pump inlet or outlet hoses blocked? Pump knackered?

    Checked pump which works ok and outlet hose, any other ideas?

    You didn’t mention the pump inlet (sump) hose. Have you checked that?
