    F1403RD6 it fills and empties at the same time.
    checked for water in the base all looks ok.
    Any ideas wlcomed.

    Hi

    Has it got a circulation pump?
    check that the feeds to the drain pump haven’t been crossed with the circulation pump.

    The customer replaced both pumps and filter assembly. I will check the wiring I didn’t think about that one.

    I came across it a couple of years ago and had been that way for over a year from the factory.
    She just thought the higher water bills was due to the larger drum size. LOL

    tried changing the wiring but it still wont work.
    another one for the scrap heap
