    Each program runs as normal but the water does not warm up beyond luke-warm in both the wash and rinse cycle. ❓

    Most probably a heater or thermostat fault, you’d need to investigate to determine which.

    New heater and door thermostat and still no joy – could it be the control board?

    Possibly.

    I can’t see it on the parts list but from terminal A2 to terminal D2 on the main board there is an NTC shown. I’m not sure if that’s on the heater or not as I only have a schematic without enough info for me to be absolutely sure but I do think it is separate from the heating element.
