Hi I am the above m/c with error code f21 the brushes are worn so I have replaced them but can’t reset the m/c. This m/c has touch control buttons does anyone know the reset sequence I have tried the 6 o’clock 7 o’clock one with motor unplugged and plugged. Any help greatly appreciated.

On Siemens the reset is slightly different. I’m out of office right now, will get back later if you haven’t sussed it by then. 😉

I’ve just checked. It should be the usual : set to 6 o’clock, press and hold the ‘spin rpm’, set to 7 o’clock, release spin button the turn selector to off (12 o’clock)

Thanks again Martin I had tried that so many times yesterday but It never worked I called back today and it worked the second time. I must have been doing something wrong.

You have to do it gently. It’s a washing machine and in German that is a feminine word waschmachinen and in order to get a response then slowly is the way to do it. :clown:
