Siemans Extraklasse 1300 full of Laundry wont empty suspect blockage of fluff or whatnot in water drainage hose. can I drain water from black hose/pipe from front of machine? Where can I access this blockage and clear it once water is emptied? Cheers

Yes use the emergency drain pipe you mentioned. Once empty clean the filter as that is most likely the issue.
