Can anyone advise me how to remove the door seal from this machine in order to clean out fabric dye trapped in the folds please ?? Thanks

Removing a door seal is NOT recommended. The staining will be difficult or worse still impossible to remove in any case. However if you insist, power disconnected first, remove lid and access to the clamp band holding it to the tub from there. The front clamp band holding to the front panel simply unclips.
