Can I access the thermostat on my Schreiber/Hygena Built-in Fridge without dismantling the installation?
    Please help.

Do you know the model number.

On most Hygena / diplomat under worktop fridges you need to pull the fridge out to gain access to the thermostat if the control is at the top.

Hi Bob, It is APM 6325.
The thermostat control knob it at the top.
I thought there might be access by taking the light out but it doesn’t seem big enough.

No you have to pull the fridge out to gain access to the thermostat.

It is in a small box on the top behind the control knob.

You do not have to pull the fridge fully out but you need to pull it forward about 6 inches

Thanks for the help Bob, I will let you know how I get on. Unfortunately the fridge is locked in by the cupboard its in, the work surface above and kick board which is also fixed by being tiled up-to after the fridge and cupboards were fitted.
