Whirlpool fault codes

    Hi Lads.
    I have a prob with a Whirlpool AWM 8103S front loader.
    It shows F09 intermittant after filling, during wash or on switch on.After unblocking pump it worked for a day then started again.
    Can anyone help and if poss send a list of the codes.

    Thanks John but what does “overflow” mean exactly and does anyone know a cure?

    Have you not checked the air chamber for blockages?

    Have checked pressure pot,pressure switch seems ok, the sump ball and hose so not sure what else can be causing it.

    Well the manual states “Pressurestat Failure” for F09 error code so I guess it must be that :con:

    Hi Robbra,
    Have you checked the hose from the pressostat to the chambe for holes. If air is escaping thru a tiny hole you will get a fault of overfilling thus F 09

    Hello all and thanks for the answers. It turned out to be a broken wire making and breaking to the pump.Dont know why the fault code came up but its been working for 9 days now so must be a success.
