    After the wash cycle my washing is still coming out wet, The machine is draining fine sometimes it makes a little hissing noise on spin
    So far have checked the filter and grey hose.
    The machine is a bendix BIW100

    The hissing noise is probably the motor brushes ‘arcing’? Time to check for worn out carbon brushes I would say.

    checked brushes over 10mm left on both of them. still no joy.

    In that case maybe best check the sump hose (between tub and pump) is not blocked (sock or hankie?). Or, if it shares the sink drain, check the drain spigot is not blocked?
