Got a problem with this appliance and maybe someone here can advise.

Original Fault reported was code E03, this is a draining/blocked/Pressotat issue according to the diagnostics.

The outlet hose had been extended on this machine terminating into a sink spigot which was facing downwards hence water from the sink was running back into the long length of hose. This problem was overcome along with a check on the pump and filter then left appliance pumping out fine.

Next day customer called to say E03 was showing again, recalled and found that Heater was showing Earth Fault, Heater changed !

Today customer calls to say that machine is not working apart from filling and then the digital display showing a revolving circle of lights ? Called to investigate as this is now something different than first reported. Found Machine will fill, motor action for about 1 minute on wash, then goes dead, the digital display then alternates between showing the program time and the revolving circles which is the LED showing dashes in a circular motion.

Removed lid and found that module housing was hanging down side of tub the cause fatigue of the plastic casing. Checked all module wiring and retested, still the same. I think the module has either been damaged by the earth leakage or the fact that its been banged around.

Has anyone come across the digital display fault as described or is this a fault code for something else ?

    Cheers !

Computer says no to that model number. 🙁

Edit : found a VHD944D-80, guess it’s that. Hmm? That coreboard probably gone AWOL but never come across those symptoms – yet anyway, sorry.
