hja8630 beko made dishwasher customer says glasses on top shelf not cleaning she said it heaters up i checked the arms are spining looks to be working fine leaves a spoting on the glasses anyone advise

check drain have had a few like this when plumbing allowed dirty water from sink to back fill dishwasher
