ParticipantHi folks,
Sorry to post a technical enquiry for an ISE machine here but for some unknown reason I do not have access to that forum. Right on of my engineers has come across this machine it had finished it’s last cycle and the clothes were trapped inside as the door would not open. He released the door with the release cable. Now all we get in the display is “aDo” can anyone point us in the right direction Many Thanks NeilOctober 18, 2014 at 6:55 pm #420558Martin

I’m guessing you didn’t check the ISE web site for the possible answers?

Oh dear! I’m not sure who fixes ISE machines that can help you further but hopefully a call to ISE HQ might be the way forward. Is it not covered by some sort of warranty?

Door lock?
But have you reset the machine?

appliance will not reset. pressing the super rinse button has no affect and pressing the door opening button also has no affect.

My thoughts are it is probably Main PCB.

The inverter board can cause symptoms that you would instinctively associate with the control board.
That would be my guess if the lock is ok.
