    Hi all.

    This machine starts all cycles ok, I can see/hear it start to fill then there’s pause and now nothing. It does try to spin but just makes a buzzing sound and then nothing. Eventually if you leave the machine long enough it displays END, but hasn’t actually done anything.

    I’ve had the filter out and removed all the normal coins and hair grips. When the program is cancelled it does pump the water away.

    Is this likely to be the main motor brushes?

    Most likely the DC module is blown, dodgy motor or leakage can cause this, try a new module first (test it on for a while make sure it goes both directions & spins) it may need motor replaced too.

    Check brushes first. Takes 30 seconds.

    Thanks for the reply. I’ll check the brushes then go from there.
