    Hi,

    We have a Firenzi DW930 integrated unit, and in the past have had some issues with it – there was a sequence of flashing lights to follow and then I was able to fix the fault etc.

    However, the new problem is something different altogether. When I press the power button to start the machine nothing happens, except a long continuous beep which only stops when you switch the machine off again.
    No lights appear, just this beep. I’ve tried holding down the start and program buttons to reset the process, to no avail.

    Is the machine dead? Or is this fixable?
