NEFF Built-in oven B44M42.3GB single oven

Hi there,

My NEFF single electric oven, installed less than a week, has played up. All the red symbols above the clock have decided to stay lit permanently. Despite turning off at mains a couple of times and going through initial clean process twice nothing has changed.

Clock, and timers appear to be working ok, as is the oven. Just can’t make symbols go off and on where necessary. An extra symbol, not mentioned in the manual, has also stayed lit. It is on the far right of the symbol line, is the same red colour, and can best be described as 3 parallel narrow S’s. It looks like a symbol to indicate that something is hot, but, as I say it is not mentioned in the manual.

The hob above is gas, also NEFF, but not connected to oven.
