Hi,
We have a Hotpoint washer dryer WDL5290 that has served us very well for two years. Today I put the machine onto a dryer cycle that should have lasted 100 minutes and off I went. I was shocked to find the machine still running 5 hours later. Pressing pause didn’t work so I turned off at the plug. Opened the front panel at the base and used tab to open machine door. Washing was hot but no more so than after a normal cycle, everything had dried. The cycle just never finished. There is no lcd so no error codes to see. Any idea what’s going on and how to fix?
