Firenzi fwm1010 – programme reset

Hi,

Looking for some help with a Firenzi fwm1010 washing machine. A while ago a coin became caught between the drum and the glass door causing a horrendous noise.

In a panic I tried to stop the machine part way through the cycle, since then the machine has stopped completing a spin on one of the programmes(d). Selecting the spin only programme (f) works as expected.

All other programmes appear to be working fine.

I suspect I have disrupted the one programme and am wondering if there is a way to reset it, we can continue putting it on a separate spin only programme but this is obviously a pain if you are not around.

We only have the washing programme sheets and have read about this brand being a non brand used by various other companies as a front for the main manufacturers.

All/any help would be appreciated

ok a whole minute of googling has found the manual 😀 still no help though! I know the machine is not imbalanced as it works fine on the spin only programme
