    we bought an ISE 10, 7 years ago after recommendations on this forum. Yesterday it made a horrible noise and the drum stopped turning. I have found the 10 year guarantee certificate, but the telephone number for the repair agent is no longer working. I have also called ISE. They have a message saying that due to severe staff shortages they are unable to answer telephone call. I have therefore sent an email. Can anyone on here please help with the new approved repairer as I really need it fixed asap.

    Perhaps giving us an idea of where you live, would help identify a suitable engineer.

    Had a call from local repair agent. ISE passed my details to them. Coming tomorrow.

    Good to hear being sorted as I read that ISE have ceased trading (says an ISE10 owner)
