Hi can anyone advise me on replacement of heating element. Ignis adl349/A intergrated dishwasher 854534915821 . it has new type heater and pump unit, have replaced just the wash pump previously on this type but never had open circuit element . have been on connect and entered the 85 no. And it shows the old style whirlpool thru flow element as a kit with new hoses and a replacement pump housing, do you have to fit all this kit to modify back to the old style element or can the new design element be purchased . whirlpool part no.s would be appreciated regards Jon.

progress huh…. had a lot of failures of these initially but none in the past couple of years so I thought they sorted the issues. Have to wonder if, once converted, they perform anywhere near their energy label rating. Still have 2 original type heaters in stock. Miele also had issues but now seem sorted as did Inesit.
