    Hi

    Hope someone can help. My new dishwasher has been working fine for 2 weeks but started having problems with it today. Have had 3 error codes. 1st was F4, then F2 and lastly FA. Have found explanations on the forum for F4 and F2 but nothing on FA.
    Have tried to ring the service phone no. but it is is constantly engaged.

    F4 : Draining Failure
    Drain Pump Starts And After Four Mins The Wi Dectects That It Is “Not Empty”

    Solutions :
    – Drain Pump (DPM) Defective
    – Siphon Closed
    – Control Board (CB) Defective
    – WI Defective (doesn’t switch back on anymore)

    F2 : Water Leakage

    – Water Is In The Drip Tray
    Floater (LS6) switches off the WV1 and the electronic switches on the DPM until WI reports that it is empty.

    As For FA This One Is Easy For Me Anyway

    FA : WI Failure
    WI Does Nto Switch On During Water Inlet.
    Failure Also, If LS6 Switches Off During Water Inlet In Case Of Leakage.

    Any Other Problems Please Don’t Hesitate To Ask

    I live in Merseyside, so guess it’s not you guys in South Wales.
