Hi,
Freezer has a huge amount of ice at the back – its worse than the north pole, looks like a steamer will take about a week to remove….. so we cant test elements etc at the mo.
Fridge display is showing ‘LC’ is this a code relating to a specific component? Would be nice to go back with an idea where to look!

No error code for LC,
U10= door open, all other error codes are prefixed H — eg, H01 to H79, just an idea its not on Child Lock by any chance, user instructions tell you how to unset if it is..You might find this a help..
Failure History Display Mode
A: How to start
When the set button (between up & down) on control panel is pressed more than 10 seconds and Self diagnosis display mode appeared.
Then press the set button for more than 1 second.
For example: When there is a trouble of FC temperature sensor.
Fridge temperature display area: H, Freezer temperature display area: -01
When there is not trouble/failure history.
Fridge temperature display area: H, Freezer temperature display area: —
B: How to end
It ends when the set button is pressed, during failure history mode.
Or 7 minutes after starting self diagnosis mode, both self diagnosis mode and failure history display mode end automatically.
