Have now had 2 of these and Electrolux are denying there is an issue.
this one is a John Lewis dw, PNC 911916348 but will be familiar as an AEG, Zanussi or Electrolux dishwasher using the “”simple structure” for the past 10 years or so.
New pcb fitted due to faulty heater relay (yeah I know, just change the relay- but irrelevant for now)
The part comes configured from Electrolux and we have double checked it is the correct part number. But, on fitting the water level is way too low. The fill stops as soon as the circ pump is energised while the original pcb carries on filling for another minute or so. The result is way too little water and the top basket not even getting wet. I have now had 2 of these do the same but the Electrolux line is that they have been re programmed to use less water and there is no fault hence no return or credit.
Just wondering if anyone else has had an issue like this?

Its just a thought, the new version of that d’washer has new style water compartment on the side, maybe the new software is compatible for that filling compartment & not the original style tank on side.

But water fill still uses same pressure switches, so water fills to a level anyhow (same as with previous software), then when wash motor comes on, level of pressure switch should drop as soon as motor starts and water should continue to fill until level of pressure switch is made again.
