    Just got back from shopping to find that the RCD has tripped, anyway the RCD tripped when my son turned on his bedroom light and it blew the bulb.
    Back to my cooker…..after turning the elctric back on i find that my cooker does not work, the timer is lit but nothing else works, no internal lights,no temp light, no fan working, no nothing.
    What could be the problem.
    I have set the time on the elctonic clock, pretty sure it is not set to auto.

    if a cooker gets turned off most of the time all it is is the clock

    but the clock only controls the oven so

    i see its a gas hob so does the ignition work ?

    look again at the clock if the is an A in the display or the word auto then its not in manual
