Sorry for the late reply, if you phone MFI Extracare on 08457 959722 they will be able to supply one for you.
You will need the full model though beginning APL??? AHY?? or similar.
Hope this helps.
Dave.

KeymasterRe: diplomat oven
We had a similar problem for our Diplomat Double-Oven supplied by MFI when we purchased our new kitchen. there was no user manual with the oven and all MFI could supply was a one-sided printed piece of A4 paper with some user instructions but to be quite honest were not much help and we still got confused. it did not show how the select timer operated nor did it tell us how to actually set the cook time to either start or finish so not a lot of help. we contacted them again and they said that’s all they could obtain as there was no further information on our model. so we have never used the timer (still don’t know how to set it) and always switch the oven on manually (managed to work that out ourselves). not much help when you want an early evening meal when you get home from work. oh well, that’s progress I suppose. MFI customer services staff were very nice and polite though at least!

OK, it’s a Stoves. In that case, probably with the oval shaped glass cover.
Needs a little help and it will pop off, from nearest the door, pull the glass towards the centre of the oven.
The bulb unscrews once you have the glass off, switch off the oven at the isolating switch first please :zap:

😯
The whole lampholder has come out, the metal part should remain in the oven cavity, just the glass should have come off.
Firstly, make sure the oven is completely disconnected from the power :zap:
Try to seperate the glass from the lampholder then push the lampholder back in to the oven cavity.
