The led timer is just flashing n clicking and no function will work and you cannot reset the timer. Have checked the elements to be ok. The top ceramic cutout, meters out fine but the one down by the mains block doesn’t but I put another toc in its place but nothing changed.
When I disconnect the wire block from the timer it allows the top oven/grill to work normally.
Is this a timer failure or am I missing something else?

If theres poor connection at the cut-out you get this beeping & flashing. Check cables are tight on t.o.c, and that its closed circuit, if its open or high resistance clock goes bananas.

The toc at the top under the lid at the rear did meter out but the lower one by the mains block did not…. Does this mean the fault is that top toc because it shows a reading?
I’m not sure it both need to be open or closed??

Should read closed circuit, if its reading high it’ll cause fault described
