    Hi all
    Is there a new rule on how high above the hob cupboards and extractors have to be
    A lettings company want me to take a look at a kitchen as it needs a new cooker and the company that was going to supply it have said the wall units would have to be raised as it would be against new regulations to fit it with them being where they are

    Follow manufactures instructions, the hood and the cooker will both give those min and must fall above the min, when two conflict, the greater should be used.
