I have some brushes on a Miele to change tomorrow and haven’t changes some in a while. Am I right in thinking I have to reset the machine after changing as at the moment all it’s doing is flashing rinse. I have a feeling that even after I change brushes it will still flash until I reset machine.

    Let me know cheers

Will do when you get there and give us the model number. All the best, and, oh yes….cheers!

    Re: Miele

No reset. Front off machine . Remove motor cover then brush module, fit brushes. reassemble and off you go.

Fitted brushes but still flashing. I’m sure I’ve used a reset on this before

    Re: Miele

were the brushes worn? maybe its not the problem? Have you fitted the motor brush module correctly so the pins fit into their sockets?

    Re: Miele

Yeah they were worn. Thought it was going to be a simple brush change like any other machine but rinse light still flashes. Going back tomorrow to try getting into service mode if not it’s likely to be motor/module I’m guessing
