servis tg60w

purchased this model 20 months ago about 4 months ago i pulled it out to find out what was causing bad smells,found that the base of the cooker had burnt my flooring,floorboards and joist.on contact with servis they said they would call out an engineer to this day nothing. i patched the floor up and put a sheet of fireproof board under the cooker.today servis calls me and offers a free engineer’s visit to put heat protection ? in my cooker and all other tg60w’s as i can gather.

does anyone have the same problem
