Whirlpool 6th sense washing machine meltdown

Hello folks,

My whirlpool has decided that it doesn’t want to play ball anymore and when I press to start a cycle it comes up with “0-n” on the digital display. I can’t find this on any list of whirlpool error codes and I’m not even entirely sure which button is the reset button so I can run a diagnostics check. I did try a few buttons to run one but washer wasn’t up for it.

Any information anyone could provide would be much appreciated.
