    Two problems with this one:

    1. It would intermittently throw up an E10 error on drying cycles (no problems on washes). I believe this is related to water supply to the condenser, so a new 3-way valve is required?

    2. More seriously, it now won’t run any program: wash, spin or dry. It shows the expected time remaining, but a few seconds after pressing Start, the time changes to “1” and it skips straight to the end of the program and unlocks the door. (edit – no error code is displayed when it does this).

I have searched but didn’t find any other references to this problem. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Most problems on these are caused by the dryer heating element going low to ground, you would need to test with a Megger to confirm.
E10 is normally the coil of the 3 way valve going open circuit during the programme, new valve normally cures it.

Thanks for the reply. I was hoping someone had seen this problem before, but it seems not.
