bosch wte6920 belt fitting

    hi can anyone give me a clue as to how easy it is to fit a belt to this model please ,am going tommorow not done one before

    I’ve posted this answer many times I’ve lost count TBH. (sigh)

    R/H panel, heater cover and lid off.
    Remove nut holding on front fan.
    Release tension spring, motor connector block and plastic latch to right of motor.
    Release motor shaft clamp and withdraw motor and rear fan out of the back sufficient to thread drum belt into motor shaft.
    Release enough screws securing rear panel and rear bearing circlip sufficient to threading belt around rear shaft and onto the tub.
    Reassemble in reverse order.

    If I’ve overlooked anything I apologise as I’m replying to you whilst waiting for some twat of surveyor inspects a property I’m selling. He keeps interrupting my line of thought asking pointless questions :rolls:

    Oh! Just realised. You don’t need to withdraw motor (only unless you change the small motor drive belt) the main drum belt goes around the secondary pulley. However best policy is replace BOTH belts as they wear equally.
