Re: Panasonic NA-168VG3 U11 error code.
So you have water in the drum, the filter`s clear and you obviously didn`t get flooded when you unscrewed the filter to have a look, therefore the sump hose- the black rubber hose that goes from the bottom of the tank to the pump unit- is presumably blocked up. From memory, which is failing!, the sump hose has two connections to the base of the tank, other than to the actual pump, so your best bet is to turn of the power, remove the back, tilt the machine backwards and scoop out as much h2o via the door then close the door, tilt the machine forwards against a wall and then with a bowl under the area remove the sump hose completely working from the rear of the machine and check for blockages AND the 2 tank nozzle areas too and the entrance area into the actual pump – sounds like something disintergrated in the wash to me because I`ve been to two Panasonics where this has happened but I can`t remember their actual model numbers! Make sure you reassemble carefully and pay particular attention to which pipe clip goes where, one might be a fraction smaller than t`other? B of Luck.
