removing grill door

hi guys
i am a gas safe registered engineer and i work for a social housing group,so any advice given will be safe with me i can even give my gas safe number if needed,my question is about a duel fuel range cooker i bought off a public auction site without seeing it 😥 it is brand new but must have been shunted by something while in the packaging, because the whole of the front is bowed inwards,so i was just wondering if was at all possible to either get it pulled out or maybe i could do it myself? but i can’t get to the screws behind the grill door front? the cooker is a leisure cookmaster ck100f232, it;s a real shame because as i said it is brand new, any advise 😉
