ParticipantHi,
Looking for help locating and getting access to drainage pump.
Pretty sure we have small piece of glass somewhere, but can’t locate it. Have tried pipes at back of machine, filter and pump accessed inside machine (in base). White propeller of pump turns fine.
Strange thing is that the E25 code doesn’t come on straight away. It can be an hour or so into the wash, but comes on every time. So it does appear to be draining some water, but trips the code and stops running. Then water is collected in base of unit and needs manually removing.
Have taken door panel and kick board cover off and can see inner workings at bottom of dishwasher, but not sure what to do now.
I can’t see how I can access or inspect the pump unit to find the piece of broken glass I’m quite sure is there.
Ay help or advice would be most welcome.
Thanks, Darren

Thanks for your reply.
We know a glass broke in the dishwasher and that a small piece of glass is unaccounted for (I.e. must be in the machine). Not in the filter or pump area inside the loading area so we are assuming it must be in the pump.
The error code started happening just after the glass breaking incident so I’m fairly confident it’s not just a worn part which needs replacing.
Any further ideas as to how I get to the actual pump unit so I can inspect for broken glass?
I don’t want to remove or unplug something I’m not supposed to.
Thanks again,
Darren
