    Hi,

    We have a Zan W/D ZWD1471W 914601126/00.

    The error code E73 is coming up. We replaced the NTC in the condenser duct. The dryer timer is counting down incorrectly. For every 12 seconds it is moving on 1 minute.
    Can anyone help?

    Break in the wiring to the NTC in the condenser bottom hose or earth leak to element are 2 possibilities?

    Thanks Martin. I put new spades on the NTC about a year ago and have tested the element for earth leaks. Any other possibilities please ??
