This is a range oven dual fuel. elec ovens and gas hobs.
The fault was no power to the left hand side oven and the separate grill above it. I found two faults. the heat fuse, which i shorted out for test purposes and a semi burnt out terminal box. I replaced the terminal box and discovered that there was still no power to the grill.
i tested and found that there was no neutral which is fed from the selector switch.
I removed the hob top but but could not work out how to remove the front facia to easily gain access to the selector switch.

The rating plate is hard to read but this is all i can see 06101119. its about 8 year old. Flavel finesse 100 is on the front.

am taking a guess here as i dont have correct model
did google search for finesse 100 came up with

Thanks for the information. i’ve double checked the serial number. the full number is 06101119 10 .I’m going back on Monday to fit the heat cut out and try to ascertain why the grill is not working. hopefully its the door switch as removing the front facia to get to the fixing screws of the selector switch look like an awful job.
