Hi to all, and Merry Christmas,

The issue I have been having for the last week or so is the machine randomly tripping the RCD, sometimes after a few mins sometimes after as much as 30+ mins. Having experienced this before due to moisture in the back plate, I removed this but found no moisture, I cleaned the condenser thoroughly, cleaned out the pump/reservoir, checked the float moved freely, and verified the pump working fine with a test amount of water.

I removed the side panel and hoovered all fluff from around the motor and capacitor etc. I ran the machine for a few mins with the back panel off to verify that the heater elements work correctly on both low and high heat. I have tried running with just a couple of t-shirts in the drum, but it always cuts out, with the longest period of running being about 40 mins. Any advice from the Techs here would be very much appreciated before I begin replacing components on spec.

I think that when running on low heat, the machine has ran marginally longer before cutting out, if this additional info helps.

Thank in advance to all 🙂
