Firstly merry Christmas and festive season to all
I have a 10 year old integrated Neff fridge freezer which by and large has worked perfectly in that time. Yesterday the freezer decided to stop working. I have had it turned off now for around 15 hours to defrost, I pulled the back off to check for excess ice and noticed none to the naked eye. There are 4 wires connected to the circuit board which seem fine also. There is a fan at the back of the top shelf in the freezer which I think provides the air flow for freezing. This has completely stopped. There is a bleeping alarm sounding and the error code AL flashing
Can any one provide a thought / idea as to what has happened? Do I need to leave it turned off for longer?
Apologies in advance – I don’t seem to have the model number to hand. Happy to provide a photo if that will help
Many thanks
Fabio
