Hi, we are having problems with our Neff ETT7874N induction hob.

Individual plates seem to switch off on their own, often switching on another plate will switch the original one back on but it all seems very random.

I’ve also noticed a louder than normal clunk sound when turning on the first plate.

Does anyone have any ideas as cooking on it is becoming very unpredictable!
    Thanks
