I’ve been considering renting out machines and thought I would do a bit of research first does anybody else rent machines now and what problems come up, I was thinking of using new machines but wasn’t sure if manufacturers warranty still applied, Also how much can be charged for a washing etc per month . Any advice would be welcome Thanks.

Many, as soon as or if they find it’s on a rental (often even in a rented home) refuse the warranty. You’ll usually see a clause in the warranty terms that tells you this.
The reason being that they have a tendency to get rough treatment will we say.
