I have recently had a Logic built in oven (model LBFANX14) installed in a holiday cottage and when I tested it by cooking a roasting pan of sausages with vegetables, at 180oC on the fan oven setting, it cooked OK, but blasted so much freezing cold air out of the vents at the front that I couldn’t stand in front of the oven to stir things on the hob. Additionally, when the oven was on there was so much condensation in the large kitchen that I had to open all windows and doors and couldn’t serve the meal in there. The next day, guests were staying and they had the same problem. I’ve never known an oven to create such an icy blast and so much condensation. Any ideas as to what is going wrong?
All the oven will do is draw cool air from the surroundings and blow it over the control panel and door to cool those, it can’t “make” the air colder, quite the reverse actually so, it would be logical to think that it’s getting cold air from somewhere around it.
