Hotpoint BWD129 blows switch on distribution board

Hi

We have a Hotpoint BWD 129
One night the switch on distribution board been blown off, as inspected all things in the morning, the problem came from washing machine’s plug- switch. we couldn’t turn it on, every time we switched back, it blown the switch on distribution board immediately. All 3x 13A fuses in the middle between w/m and distribution board was ok.
A day later, w/m doesn’t hit the switch on distribution board anymore. We can use it and looks like it work as before.
Could this be related to w/m main board? We have this w/m for about 7-8 years now and it had some previous errors before, also one mode is not working anymore- it doesn’t rinse water at the end of it. So there are problems with w/m, but this happened while it was turned off and haven’t been used for couple of days.
Should we get a new w/m to avoid any possible fire risks or this is more related to electric circuit has nothing to do with w/m?
