Hi, I’m hoping someone can help me out. I need to replace an integrated fridge freezer, I thought if would be a simple matter, but the more I look online the more confused I get! I have the manual from the existing machine & therefore the dimensions but I’m finding it difficult to get a new one with exactly the same dimensions to ensure the existing cupboard doors fit. Price is an issue as well, I need to keep under £500 really.

The existing model is a Hotpoint HM3121

A second question, do I get my joiner to use the existing sliders or do I need to purchase brand specific ones?

    Thank you

    Hi

Bear with me until tomorrow morning and I’ll have a look when I get to my desk.

    Hi Julia

Your old Hotpoint is a 70:30 split fridge to freezer. The current Hotpoint model is the HM31AAAI and the existing sliders should transfer to the new appliance.

There are quite a few manufacturers who produce 70:30 machines such as Gorenje, Hoover,Beko and Whirlpool. You should be able to find something from on of those for your budget of £500.

    HTH 🙂
