Frigidare fridge 2003

Bought this fridge end 2003 and now the door is horribly and comprehsively rusty. Tried their agents/parts suppliers – first told it would be sent (last year). Now no response at all. The fridge has been in a warm, airy kitchen and has not been misused. Fridgidare have no interest in customers once they have bought at all. Interior of fridge fine. Outside a heap of junk. Looks ghastly. Any others with advice on wringing parts out of them? Thanks
