Why do I get all the weird ones!
This machine switches on and you can select any program but after pressing start, nothing happens at all – no pump, no filling, it is silent…
Even when you reset it the pump doesn’t kick in, it’s totally quiet. Checked wires to everything and door switch seems fine. I’m thinking the main board but if anyone has any other ideas then please message me.

Drain pump should run after closing the door, you could make up a lead and power direct the pump to see if it works. Mostly theres a blockage of the impellor & you can’t hear the pump run, clear the blockage & bobs your uncle. Worst case scenario the pump is burn’t out or worse still it may have taken out the triac on the p.c.b.
