Hi , we have just started servicing LG appliances but only have limited access to their service website so far , I have a RC9055BP2Z DRYER on the bench , it came in for “no water going into drawer” and “drain water light on after 12 mins” , this particular fault is on the website and suggests a fault with the diverter valve , I have replaced this and water does now go to the drawer as it should , but it still stops after a period of time to say “empty water drawer” !!!
Has anybody come across this and if so what was the remedy please ???? We are supposed to have full access shortly but until then any guidance would be hugely appreciated !!!
