    Customer cannot get the machine to select a cycle.. selector turns but the indicator won’t move around the cycles. I’ve poured over the service manual and I’m still not any wiser… 😕
    So as I’m going tomorrow to look I have several questions…..

    Does this machine have a child lock? If so, how do you deactivate it?
    How do you get into the service program? The manual says switch on and “press” S1 (the program selector). As this is a jog dial, you can’t press it.
    I can’t find the ‘reset’ in the tech; unless that’s the press and hold start for 3 seconds reset.

    Need this to go as smoothly as possible…….. 🙁

    what manual are you reading Steve? button S1 is the on/ off switch, hold down the door opening button and then swtich on for a total re set. no child lock on that one as the controls are locked anyway once a cycle is started. Sounds like it may not have finished its previous cycle.

    Thanks Mark – you were right about not finishing the cycle….. Latvian coin in the pump! Removed and all OK!! Phew!!
