    Called to this dishwasher fault reported not filling.

    Found fill took too long long so removed the restrictor from the inlet and tried again.

    Now the machine fills quickly for about 45 secs/1 minute then the pump runs for a few seconds, then the fill starts followed by the pump again, this cycles for approx a minute, the machine is then silent for about a minute before the wash starts.

    It’s as if the machine is overfilling and an anti flood is activating.

    Can this be a normal fill action for an AEG dishwasher? If not what can be causing this behaviour?
