Can anybody help please replaced blown board with part n/o 480131000151 i programed as per sheet supplied, customer has since phoned to say its not hitting the higher temps and staying there,i returned and tried to reconfigure but after following the steps on the sheet supplied when i get to step 10 which requires the left and selector turned until OFF is in the display no matter how i try it wont show OFF only STOP, i did one 3 doors away last Jan exactly same model and part n/o and it worked, a bit baffled by this, the config code on the rating plate is 36. can anybody throw any light on this for me cheers JJ.
